Some of the things that make me stop whenever I’m packing for a move.
a good way to cope with bad feelings is to make fun of them until they are so embarrassed and/or ashamed that they run away hahahahahaaaaa orz
I named my marimo Toto. To is Ainu for marsh and Ainu people like marimo so it all makes sense.
I’m waiting for Toto to get giant so I can sit on it at the bottom of a lake and pretend to be a mermaid.
Here’s a drawing of Tough Usagi!!!!
Very Important Notes about Sailor Moon Crystal by Mai, a Person who Doesn’t Talk about Sailor Moon Very Often because She is Over-Protective of Things that Create Lots of Feels for Her:
look at this cool thing that cool artists are doing!! I will put this here in hopes that oneday, someday I will draw something u.u
I got rats!! They are super cute but also I am allergic. Oh well, I’m allergic to all living things anyway.
I visited home this weekend and celebrated my little niece Lan’s first birthday! She’s pretty dang cute. And so chubby!! And waddles everywhere!! And sometimes makes demon-growls.
Dang, this is old, but I dressed up as kinda-sailor-moon (first dress up!) when I went to ECCC with cool friends. It turned out mostly as planned!!
Sam was PunkJupiter, but I have no proper pictures of us because cons are like cluster-mucks, but dang what good Jupiter she was. I will probably just have to draw us dressed up to document these good memories.
My green bebes are growing and it’s so dang precious. Also I got the World’s Cutest Elephant Pot to grow some ivy in.
cottonbook said: Are the lines done in watercolor, too, or colored pencil? If the latter, how much of the linework do you do before the watercolor goes down?
Colored pencil! None! Colored pencil is the very last step for me. I do transfer a sketch onto the watercolor paper, but with very light lines. When I’m watercoloring, I sometimes add in lines with the paint so I don’t forget where things go, but I go over and darken them with colored pencils later.
